Visit Butterfly garden Vlindorado! Experience the colourful world of butterflies, birds and exotic flowers in this tropical paradise. This enclosed butterfly paradise can be visited with every type of weather.

Caterpillar garden and Pupae cabinet
Butterflies are grown in the caterpillar garden where you can look for eggs, caterpallars and pupae. Next to breeding our own caterpillars we import 500-800 pupae from Costa Rica and the Philippines every week.

Bird garden
Beautiful coloured birds fly around freely in the aviary where you can walk around.

Entrance fees
The entrance fee to the butterfly garden is € 8,50 for children aged 2 to 12 and € 10,50 for 13 years and older.
When you book on our website, the following price applies for children from 2 to 12 years € 7,95 and for 13 years and older € 9,95.

Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not alowed in Vlindorado. We make an exception for guide dogs for the blind. Small dogs that sit on your arm or in a basket also have access to the butterfly garden as long as they do not bother our animals and other visitors.

If our parking lot is full or difficult to access, you can park at Sportpark De Groet/Con Zelo football club (450m1 in the same street). Park at your own risk.

Mini-golf
A game of mini-golf amongst exotic plants and ponds filled with of koi carp? That's possible at Indoor Adventure Mini-golf in Waarland, North Holland.
​
Play 15 challenging holes, ranging from 8 to 15 meters long. Unique, as the Netherlands only artificial grass miniature golf of this size situated within a tropical garden. Not your normal miniature golf course, you can expect a real golf course, but smaller. From the tee to the hole you will play over varying undulations, curves and special obstacles. How about meeting a turtle on the course? Or Yin Yang Plateaus? Or a hole in the shape of a butterfly?

A round of mini-golf is fun for young and old. So challenge your family, friends or colleagues and make sure you hit the fewest shots possible.
